家庭网关是下一代互联网延伸到家庭网络的核心设备。IPv6协议克服IPv4协议的缺点和不足,更具有灵活性和高效性,IPv6在数字化家庭中具有广阔的前景。设计了一种基于IPv6的家庭网关,并给出系统模块化设计、任务调度、事务控制的实现,对应用中的一些问题作了探讨和实践。

Implementation of a Remote Control System for Smart Home

Advances in mobile communication bring great effects on people’s life styles. This paper describes the implementation of a remote control scheme, Remote Control System via Bluetooth and SMS (Short Message Service), which controls smart home in short distance and long distance, respectively. Although SMS is widely used for a variety of applications, it is not suitable for the purpose of remote control because it suffers from transmission delay, loss and lacks of confidentiality. This paper proposes a SMS-based protocol, which is designed with the mechanisms of reliable transmission and information encryption, thus it is capable of the implementation of secure and reliable control.     

Motives for Home Ownership: Before and After the Transition

Regarding the dramatic shift towards home ownership in transition countries, the changing macro policy frameworks have been widely discussed, whereas the meaning of home ownership remains an under-researched issue. This paper examines the motives for home ownership and aims to identify any change in them parallel to the contextual transformations. An exploratory qualitative analysis of 25 interviews indicates a change in argumentation from a mostly detailed circumstantial consideration among pre-transitional entrants to mainly modest argumentation among post-transitional entrants, which took home ownership as a “normal tenure” and “the market” as a self-referential, self-justifying interpretative framework, as is typical of the neoliberal transitional discourse. Our specific data-driven categorization of the motives demonstrates the impact of contextual change on the meanings of tenures and the relative rise in attractiveness of home ownership. In contrast, public renting shared the destiny of many other public welfare institutions that had previously served as a hedge against individual risks, but were retrenched and restructured during transition. Public renting proved to be specifically exposed and highly vulnerable to political pressures.     

Maintaining Housing Values under the Condition of Universal Home Ownership

Singapore provides analysts with the opportunity to examine possible systemic consequences of universal home ownership, which it has achieved through the sale of public housing. One important systemic problem is the need to preserve and/or enhance prices of older existing flats. This article examines the various strategies used by the Singapore government to solve the problem, especially when resale used flats are more expensive than the new, subsidized flats purchased directly from the state provider. It further examines the limits of each of the strategies in view of changing social and economic circumstances as Singapore enters the state of a mature capitalist economy and society burdened with structural unemployment and declining birth rates. The effectiveness of managing these issues will affect the legitimacy of the ruling government.     

Inside the Eco-home: Using Video to Understand the Implications of Innovative Housing

As a method of qualitative research, video offers a means of looking into the world of a respondent and a means of stimulating a dialogue, both with the respondent and others. Video requires, however, the application of additional ethical procedures and may also increase refusal rates, if it is publicly disseminated. Applied to the home, the use of video reveals both practice and identity. Video records practice, showing how the spaces within a home are used at a particular time. For this reason, video is well adapted to understanding the implications of living in a home with an innovative design and technology, with all the complexities that this commonly involves. Equally, video communicates the appearance of the home and of its occupants to whoever is watching. Video is, therefore, intimately connected to identity and the home as a place.

随着社会的不断发展,女性家居时代已经到来,在家居设计中了解女性需求显得尤为必要。文章通过对女性需求的简要分析,试图从女性视角对家居设计进行研究,从而发现女性对家居设计的影响,倡导设计师更好地关注家居设计中的性别特征。     

混合能源协同控制的智能家庭能源优化控制策略

家庭能源优化控制是家庭能源管理系统(HEMS)的重要分支之一,然而由于缺少有效的智能优化算法,制约了家庭能源优化控制的实际应用。本文通过对家用电器运行特性的分析,将家庭用电设备分为刚性负荷,简单可调节负荷,电池类设备,供暖、通风和空调(HVAC)系统设备等,并建立相应的负荷模型;以市电电网、光伏发电、储能电池三种能源作为智能家庭的供给源,以电能花费和用户舒适度作为优化目标,建立混合能源协同控制的智能家庭能源优化控制模型;并提出一种基于改进的快速粒子群算法(APSOA)的智能求解方法,得出每个电器最优的用电时段,室温控制系统各个时段所需功率以及蓄电池各个时段的充放电功率。以某智能家庭夏季某一天用电情况为例,在Matlab环境下,建立模型并仿真,与粒子群算法(PSOA)、遗传算法(GA)进行对比,说明了模型和算法的可行性及有效性。     

Mood,Posture and Rhythmic Feedback: MONAD Studio's Sonic Experiments with 3D-Printed Musical Instruments

Engaging with physical sensations is a primary method of transmitting mood through design. Based in North Miami Beach, Florida, design research practice MONAD Studio has been collaborating with musicians, composers and luthiers to explore new paths for architecture where aural, visual and tactile stimuli come together. Eric Goldemberg , co-founder with Veronica Zalcberg of MONAD Studio, here describes the enigmatic and highly charged results of the collaboration, which use pulsation and morphology to add more sensory and even erotic dimensions to our perception of space.     

家庭信息化“管”端支撑技术探讨

文章结合中国移动家庭信息化实施案例,重点对家庭网关及家庭无线宽带业务进行了探讨。首先,指出发展家庭网关对于电信运营商意义重大,并指出电信运营商发展电信级家庭网关业务的优势所在;其次,概述电信运营商在无线宽带覆盖中遇到的问题并提出具体解决方案,并通过实践证明WLAN Mesh组网结合CPE应用在小范围覆盖、低成本、快速布网方面具有一定优势;最后,对家庭信息化未来发展趋势进行了展望。
